A presente cessão é feita em caráter irrevogável e irretratável, obrigando herdeiros e sucessores, diante das testemunhas abaixo indicadas e qualificadas, ficando o CESSIONÁRIO investido de poderes para requerer, a qualquer tempo, a transferência do privilégio para o seu nome perante o Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial - INPI.

By this private instrument of transfer and assignment, the undersigned Assignor, above mentioned and qualified, hereby ASSIGN AND TRANSFER, as they actually have assigned and transferred, to the above mentioned and duly qualified ASSIGNEE, all the rights, possession, use, enjoyment and property regarding the following patent, before the INPI - INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE PROPRIEDADE INDUSTRIAL:

This assignment shall be irrevocable and not retractable, binding heirs and successors, before the undersigned witness, and ASSIGNEE shall be vested with powers to request, at any time, the transfer of the privilege to its name, before the " Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial - I.N.P.I".
