PUBLICATION AND FINAL GRANTING OF THE REGISTRATION |
Optional Examination of Subject Matter: at any time during the term of the registration, the owner may request examination as to novelty and originality of the subject of the registration. |

Administrative Nullity Procedure: Third parties may request administrative Nullity within 5 years from the date of granting of the Registration. If Nullity is requested within 60 days from the registration date, it will suspend effects of the registration. |
