One  of  the  founders of  the firm,  Mr. Araripe served  as    Special   Advisor  of   the   Brazilian National  Security Council  for  the period of 1979 to 1985,  counseling  on  most  of the country's licensing and technology agreements in the area of nuclear energy.

Born in 1923, admitted in 1979, Brazil. Education: Federal University of  Rio  de  Janeiro  (Law 1961),   Member of:  OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) served as special adviser of the Brazilian National Council for  the  period  of  1979  to   1985.
