Karina started at ARARIPE in 1996, developing her skills and qualification in the financial area, becoming head of the financial department and the Human Resources sector in 2016.

Since then, Karina has taken courses in Financial Management of Intellectual Property Offices promoted by the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association (ASPI) and the Personnel Department Training at Alterdata.

At ARARIPE, Karina uses her expertise of more than 26 years working in the office to coordinate works related to the Financial Department and Human Resources.
